Compensation amounts
How much is your disrupted flight worth?
Under EU Regulation 261/2004 your compensation depends on flight distance, not on what you paid for the ticket. A €29 ticket can be worth $430.
Short haul
Up to 1,500 km
Bucharest to Vienna, Chișinău to Warsaw, Kyiv to Budapest.
Medium haul
1,500 – 3,500 km
Bucharest to London, Chișinău to Barcelona, Kyiv to Lisbon.
Long haul
Over 3,500 km
Bucharest to New York, Vienna to Bangkok, Warsaw to Doha.
Amounts are fixed per passenger and paid on top of any refund or replacement flight you received. Long-haul flights delayed between 3 and 4 hours are compensated at $325.
Why FlyClaim
Airlines have a legal team. Now you have one too.
Most passengers give up after the first rejection letter. We don't. We know exactly which arguments hold up, which excuses don't, and when to escalate to court.
No win, no fee
You pay nothing upfront and nothing at all if we lose. Our 35% success fee is only ever deducted from money we actually recover.
We go to court when needed
Airlines settle faster when a claim is backed by lawyers. We cover the legal costs and take on litigation at our own risk.
Two minutes to file
Enter your flight, sign digitally, and you're done. No printing, no posting, no chasing airline call centres.
Always know where you stand
Track every stage of your claim in your dashboard and get an email the moment the airline responds.
Support in four languages
Our team answers in English, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian — usually within six hours.
Every airline, every EU airport
From low-cost carriers to national flag airlines, we handle claims against more than 5,000 airlines worldwide.
No win, no fee
One fee. Zero risk. Everything handled.
Our service fee comes out of the money we recover for you — never out of your pocket. If the claim fails, you pay nothing at all.
- Free eligibility check
- No paperwork, no phone calls
- We carry the legal costs
If we don't win, you don't pay us.

Passenger stories
38,000 passengers have already been paid
Real claims, real payouts. These are people who were told by their airline that they weren't entitled to anything.
The airline told me a technical fault counted as an extraordinary circumstance and closed my case. FlyClaim reopened it and had the money in my account eleven weeks later.

I filed for myself, my husband and my daughter in one form. Three separate payments arrived, and I never had to send a single email to the airline.
Elena T.
Vienna · VIE → FCO
We landed in New York nine hours late. I assumed the free hotel and meal vouchers were the compensation. They weren't — I was owed $650 on top.
